岗位职责:
1. Assist Senior Management to maximize the investment return at various stages of the real estate development cycle covering planning, development, finance, facilities management and disposal;
2. Provide professional support and strategic advice to the top management on business development plans;Supervise and evaluate the performance of the property management team on existing facilities;
3. Supervise and evaluate performance of leasing agents;Analyze and recommend asset improvement initiatives by undertaking project renovations in the existing facilities;
4. Direct and oversee the annual operating budgets, cost planning and control;Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Senior Management.
任职要求:
1. Tertiary educated in Business Management, Real Estates, Property Management or related disciplines, knowledge of property development and investment in China;Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must;
2. At least 15 years relevant experience with extensive knowledge of the development, acquisition, operation and disposition of multiple classes of commercial real estate assets with at least 5 years in the senior management level;
3. Familiar with local PRC commercial market trends and have good and extensive business network in property disciplines;
4. Experienced in handling large scale Alterations & Additions (A&A) Works in existing facilities;
5. Possesses ability to negotiate complex real estate-related contracts with third parties effectively;
6.Strong leadership with excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
7. Conversant with PRC property laws and regulations as well as related practices and requirements:A strategic thinker with sound business acumen, result-oriented, self-motivated, under confident, outgoing, enthusiastic with initiative and able to work independently and pressure;
8. Team player with experience working with multi-disciplined departments;Honesty, integrity, accountability, and the highest work ethics and standards;Station in Beijing, travel occasionally to other PRC provinces.
