? Seafreight inquiry / Quotation offering
? Buy transport insurance if required
? Confirm B/L instructions with clients and overseas
? Send B/L’s to shipper and overseas in time
? Update ETA to shipper
? Confirm transportation costs with shipper
? Data input timely & completely
? Closely communicate with overseas and domestic agents
? Issue invoice / debit note correctly and timely
? Check overseas debit notes
? send 预录入单to shipper in time
? Push Finance in case invoice didn’t reach shipper in time
? Collect payment on time
? Strictly follow company policies, rules, standard operation procedure (SOP) and working instruction
? Other duties assigned by Operation manager 领导分配的其它工作
