职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、了解和和掌握保安队的情况，建立健全各项工作细则

2、对物业辖区的治安、消防、车辆交通工作全面实施管理

3、制定并实施安全防范系统，并对所使用的设备定期检修及更换

4、督促检查各项规章制度的落实，组织队员学习业务知识和形体仪表训练

5、经常定期不定期检查保安队员的工作情况，做好监督、检查工作

6、重大治安问题和事故及时向领导汇报，并采取果断措施，控制事态发展。

7、完成公司领导安排的其他工作

任职资格：

1、武警、部队专业军人优先

2、身体健康，无疾病，无犯罪记录

3、大专以上文凭，3年以上工作经验，35-45岁

4、责任心强，吃苦耐劳，诚实正直，善于沟通。有敏锐的洞察力，对于重大突发事件，具有随机应变及果断解决的能力

5、熟悉消防演练流程，能培训本部门各方位职业技能

工作时间：10:00-19:00
