naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.
With its rapid business development, naked Hub has an ambitious plan in China, the total number of hubs is 7 in 2016. In 2017, we plan to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Sales Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and develop new clients (start-up, SMEs and MNCs) to generate business by any and all means available. Will need to attend presentation, meeting and networking events to represent naked Hub and generate exposure and business leads in order to expand business development portfolio.
- Plan and implement an on-going clients’ pipeline in order to create new revenue and acquire valuable contacts and contracts.
- Maximize existing key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue growth.
- Play as an individual contributor to generate the sales.
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive business objectives of building community in a new market.
- Actively generate leads for corporate events through proactive and aggressive sales actions.
- Responsible for monthly updating of the corporate database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to implement contracts using superior negotiation and presentation skills.
- Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong business development capability and results driven.
- Native mandarin speaker with fluency in verbal and written English
