Summary
Main responsibility is to manage inventory and maintain communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise; oversee the shipping and delivery of products, materials.

Essential duties and responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


？ Manage 3rd party logistics partner to ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping, warehousing functions and Inventory Management.
- Coordinate comprehensive logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources.
- Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
- Enforce proper inventory procedures and ensure timely transactions by Warehouse personnel. Manage flow of inventory both in and out of warehouses. Conduct regular physical inventory in warehouse and prepares and submit reports to management and various departments.
？ Drive logistics related projects to ensure success local implementation ( e.g. GSP compliant warehouse setup, A1 User Acceptance Tests).
？ Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
？ Set up team performance assessment KPI and monitoring dashboard; Work to maintain accurate Dashboard functionality, Metrics and KPI’s.
？ Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
？ Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement.
？ Ensure competence of team members through training and development.
？ Expedite customer escalations and follow up for prompt resolutions and customer satisfaction.
？ Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
？ Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
？ Provide input regarding training needs to customer support’s supervisor of training and quality development.


Education and/or Experience
BA preferred .

 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customs import and export experience will be a must.
