岗位职责：
? 负责处理汽车问题咨询或投诉案件
? 根据客户的需求提供满意的服务
? 有效记录与客人沟通的内容及采取的解决方案，确保数据的准确和及时性
? 与供应商联系获取准确的客人信息及解决方案
? 保持有效团队的合作，确保每个案件的持续解决
? 努力达成个人及团队的工作目标
? 根据组长及经理的任命完成相应的项目
任职要求:
普通话标准，咬字清晰；
较强的团队协作能力，良好的心理素质，具备主动服务理念；
计算机操作熟练，能够熟练使用office软件，打字速度50个/分钟
大专及以上学历，有客服或者汽车行业从业经验优先。
