Sr. Logistics Analyst
Job Description:
1.Report monthly inventory reconciliations between perpetual records and the general ledger.
2.Coordinate with the appropriate members of manufacturing to understand and report upon inventory.
3.Responsible for accounting and supplier’s payment issue, fix problems in the process of supplier billing, coordinate related departments to solve timely, continues improvement of payment process.
4.Responsible for EDI billing issue between accounting and supplier.
5.Co-work with IT to setup EDI billing for new supplier.
6.Assist in the establishment of processes for accurate and timely reporting of supplier’s billing issue.
7.Participate in the cost and payment meeting.
8.Build good relationship with supplier.
9.Report monthly payment reconciliations between accounting and supplier.
10.Complete other work assigned by the superior.
Required Skills and Experience:
1.College degree or above, preferred business major.
2.5+ years of accounting/business process and semiconductor manufacturing experience.
3.Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Oracle ERP desirable.
4.Have a good sense of responsibility and professionalism, ability to work under pressure.
5.Good English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
