Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the Logistics Specialist will be responsible for container planning for CMs in China to support RAB’s operation by achieving higher efficiency in the logistics management.

Education/TraininG/Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree, Major in logistic or supply chain related subjects; APICS certification a plus

Experience
5 years or above working experience in logistic industry or logistic management role in multinational cooperation

Skills
- Understand container structure and container optimization process.
- Be familiar with international logistics process and trade terms; experience with forwarder or shipping company preferred
- Fast learner and good listener.
- Good written and spoken English is a must
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Innovation
- Good team player
- High sense of responsibility
Proficient in all Microsoft Excel applications

Responsibilities
include % of time spent on each responsibility
Perform container planning for China CMs ---------------70%
Shipment consolidation if needed -------10%
Support purchasing team to handle logistic issues when needed – 10%
Contact for China carrier, support global logistical team to handle any issues in China when needed--10%
