Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare with OPM projects and be able to distribute tasks to merchandiser team.
2. Follow up orders independently from development to hand over an order.
3. Communicate all necessary information with clients, suppliers and internal team.
4. Monitor and coach team members, provide with team training and development.
5. Responsible for all issues related to the product and technical support to the factories.
6. Monitoring production schedule, controlling every step, and ensure finished goods shipped on time in correct shipping mode.
7. Monitor Testing of products with factories and protocol adherence
8. Troubleshoot any issues that come up in production and work with factory to ensure on-time delivery。
9. Understand the capabilities of all the suppliers, make sure meet client’s requirements and deadline.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years or above for similar experience as a team leader. At least 5years of experience in total.
2. Good written English skill, and is willing to improve oral English.
3. Experience in trading or manufacturing and project experience.
4. Strong personality, good interpersonal skills, with hand-son experience.
5. Self-motivate, good service mind and have a positive attitude.
6. Motivated in learning and developing yourself in a fast and sometimes hectic environment.
7. Understanding of western culture is a plus
