职位描述：
The Role:
As a Study Consultant, you will be part of Course Consultant team to coach, motivate and follow up study progress of online students. Study Consultant provides students with personalized study advice within the framework of Learn, Try, Apply, Certify learning methodology and helps students set and meet their learning goals throughout their study course. Study Consultant is also responsible for contributing to service revenue and refund control as a result of educational success and students’ satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide customized study plan according to students’ English Level and goal
- Track study progress and provide study coaching via phone/Email/WeChat/QQ
- By improving customer experience, discover after-service sales opportunity and generate service revenue

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good service mindset to provide high quality study advisory service to students
- Good sales skillset to discover after-service sales opportunity and generate service revenue
- English: above Intermediate
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Be familiar with basic computer operation, basic MS Office skill preferred
- Attention to detail; result-oriented
- Be flexible to working shift (able to work during weekends if required) 举报 分享
