Leasing Manager 招商经理
重庆/青岛

Job Responsibility:
?1. 依据项目定位及各项目的具体特点，协助制定相应的招商策略及计划，按指示完成招商工作，保质保量；
2. 负责招商谈判工作，包含客户的接洽、谈判、跟进及签约工作；
3. 提交项目的租户组合及租金策略建议；
4. 负责客户与业主及相关部门的关系维护及协调工作；
5. 定期开发客户资源；
6. 项目市场动态、信息资料的分析与收集，定期提交分析报告；
7. 完成上级指派的其他任务。

Ideal Candidate:
1. 大学相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 良好的组织协调、谈判、决策能力；
3. 八年以上大型购物广场、主题商城招商经验；
4. 有知名品牌、企业合作资源；
5. 英语沟通能力出色。
