Function Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree or above;

Experience:
? 3-5 years R&D working experience in Food & Beverage industry;
? Top 500 company experience preferred.
? Working experience in English speaking environment preferred.

Skills:
? Strong learning capability;
? Good communication and interpersonal skill;
? Good spoken and written in English;
? Necessary PC skills;
? Result driven;
? Team work.

Responsibilities

? Execute project plans.
? Directly interact with customers. Understand and interpret customer(s) requests/expectations and communicate on deliveries. Cultivate customer insight on facilities, operation to effectively execute customers specific projects.
? Work closely with marketing, chef & customers to understand trend of the bakery market and initiate new product concepts.
? Develop network leveraging internal & external resources to support innovation and product development.
? Constantly develop and maintain personal technical expertise.
? Develop and broaden knowledge on pastry, filling materials and relevant operation process.
? Creatively solve technical problems.
? Generate creative ideas.
