职位描述：
岗位职责：
1． 各项行政文件的处理与存档；
2． 负责办公室行政后勤等相关工作；
3． 处理公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常工作；
4． 负责公司现金、票据的保管、记录、处理等其他财务类工作；
5． 完成经理交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 1~2年行政方面的工作经验，大专以上学历；
2. 有出纳工作或实习经验者优先；
3. 良好的英文读写能力；
4. 熟悉使用各种办公自动化设备和办公软件；
5. 善于处理流程性事务，良好的学习能力和执行能力；
6. 为人稳重、思维缜密，心思细致，做事认真、负责，善于沟通且具备良好的表达能力。 举报 分享
