Overview
naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.
 
With its rapid business development, naked Hub has an ambitious plan in China, the total number of hubs will reach 8 by the end of this year. In the next year, we plan to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Business Development Manager position, to work together with whole team to reach these ambitious goals.

Responsibilities
- Source and develop potential projects for co-working office spaces within budget.
- Evaluate viability of potential projects through financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, market research, and other suitable methodologies.
- Active negotiate and build/maintain relationship with landlords.
- Track existing pipeline projects and coordinate with both internal departments and investors/business partners to complete tasks due in time.
- Handle requests for collaboration opportunities on a daily basis and develop internal brief for potential projects.
- On-site visit and other ad-hoc duties required.
 
Requirements
 - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems or similar domain.
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to implement contracts using superior negotiation and presentation skills.
- Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong business development capability and forward thinking.
- Results driven with ability to both manage and execute projects.
- Fluent in Chinese; good written and verbal communication skills in English. 举报 分享
