Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall control, performance and guidance of the sales region, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Office Manager
- Promote the sales of Geberit product efficiently
- Act as distributor handler, the sole point of contact to each distributor and project customer ;
- Deliver the revenue output per pre-setting target;
- Develop personal capacity and capability;
- Develop distributor business capacity and capability;
- Explore target projects;
- Regular contact with target customers and business influencers;
- Support in marketing events;
- Expenditure within budgets;
- Records and reports

-拓展经销商业务能力
-寻找新的销售目标项目
-定期维护目标客户和业务人员的关系
-支持市场上相关的销售活动
-进行支出预算
-记录工作向上级汇报
Requirements:
- Strong background in building material supply industry, Min. 2 years experience in this segment
- Proven success record in projects in the building industry
- High level of enthusiasm, full of passion to build up new relationships in the field
- Creative, outgoing personality, Mature, Honest, self-motivated, result oriented and open-minded
- Ability to approach higher management levels at the developer, architects and international design firms
-大学本科以上,工程科学相关专业优先
-2年以上相关经验,建筑材料供应行业优先
