职位描述：
As part of the handset testing team, the validation engineer will be responsible for device characterization to analyze the compatibility of Gemalto’s telecommunication card based solutions with evolving handsets. He/she would study new telecom features and design test plans to qualify handset behavior and propose solutions to fix the root cause of defects found.? You will Participate in the validation strategy definition
? You will be responsible for definition of test plan and execution and analysis of the tests
? You will provide a status on the qualification progress
? You will raise any quality issues and make recommendations
? You will propose improvement of existing process to increase test capability and productivity
? To succeed in this job, you must have: Knowledge of validation methodology; and interest in telecom technology, especially device behavior and their interface with SIM cards and network.
? It would be preferred if you have: Knowledge of SIM card specifications like Javacard, STK, BIP and GP; Knowledge of software development language and tools: Java, C, C++, .NET;
? You must be proficient in English.
? We would like someone to join our team who is creative, autonomous, detail oriented, a strong verbal and written communicator, a problem solver, analytical, able to work under pressure.
