Job Responsibilities:
Site HR Officer (Shenzhen and HK)
? End to end life cycle management, from employee on boarding to exit interview whole process and P-file management.
? Act as focal contact window for all HR related issues in site
? Drive employee relation in site and co-work with respective HR BP to increase the employee engagement per site
? Co-work with business on the contractor recruiting and management.
? Monthly prepare & update the movements of social benefit, housing fund and other local government policy update.
? Support the site manager and Facility team for the duty execution.
? For HK site:
- work closely with payroll team to ensure the correction of payroll data and support payroll to complete the annual Employer Tax Return with HK Tax Bureau
- Work with Pension Trustee HSBC on Pension-fund management.
HR Business Partner (RF Power)
? Drive year-round talent management processes, including performance appraisals, workforce calibration, development plans and succession planning.
? Work closely with staffing team to make sure we hire the right people to do the right jobs and meet organizational requirement;
? Identify employee development needs and provide the right plans to support employees’ current work and future assignment;
? Initiate and implement employee relationship program and improve employees’ morale, and support employee communication on all HR related issues;
? Works closely with HR team and country HR to ensure successful deployment and sustainment of various HR programs.
? Pro-actively Support and advice management and employees on HR related topics;
? Participate in projects improving local and business HR practices;
? Manage outsourced HR Services;
? Workforce management;
? Consulting role on Organizational Development;
? Lead the operational execution of HR policies and processes in the organization entities involved;
? Provide a high standard HR support to business managers and employees on staffing, rewards, training & development and employee relations issues;
? Support the global HR Business Partners of RF Power in their roles in the respective businesses
Preferred Profile:
? Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experiences in a multi-national company, knowledge on HK labor law is a plus
? Bachelor of Human Resources, Business management or related fields
? Experience in supporting multiple stakeholders / businesses
? Good communication and reporting skills, also in English
? Highly self-starting/self-propelling, engaging personality, high level of integrity Enthusiastic, team player, showing initiative
? Strong inter-personnel skill, communication and organizational skill, able to work independently.
? Good computer skills, familiar with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
