职位描述:
This position aims to assist HR Manager in the functions of Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management and Employee Relations, act as Business Partner for the assigned retail team.
C&B, Employment
1. Day to day interface with Kering HR Share Service Centre to ensure quality and timely service in all the payroll, social benefit, employment and staff administrations.
2. Assist HR Manager on merit increase, bonus, commission scheme simulation, review and implementation.
3. Keep good and updated custody of all the employee files and records.
4. Provide assistance to all Expat/Local-Hire Foreigners (Work Permit, Residence, Insurance, Apartment leasing etc.)
5. Assist HR Manager in the annual remuneration survey, benefit review and insurance vendor selection. Collect and update market info as requested.
6. Provide advice/Q&A to functional/store managers on C&B practices and procedure.
Business Partner
1. Ensure quality execution of HR operational activities in the assigned region (recruitment of replacement, new hire integration, performance issues, separation procedures, exit interview etc.)
2. Introduce/implement HR related policies/ procedures/projects in the assigned region.
3. Ensure legal compliance in HR activities in the assigned region.
4. Facilitate organizational changes and implement staff development/engagement initiatives.
5. Other HR related service that is requested by the retail team
HR Policies & Procedures
1. Assist HR Manager in all the C&B related Policies and Procedures consolidation.
2. Track, monitor regulation changes and understand implications to HR policies & practices.
3. Assist in the HR audit.
Performance Management
1. Ensure all the probation assessments are conducted OTIF.
2. Assist HR Manager in the annual performance assessment process to ensure all the PA discussions are conducted and forms are collected OTIF.
3. Assist HR Manager in designing and updating performance management tools whenever necessary.
HR Analytics & Reporting
1. Assist HR Manager in annual budget/FCT/EVA preparation
2. HR report requested from Finance, e.g. Pers. Cost, Salary break-down etc.
Employee Relations
1. Assist HR Manager in all the staff engagement activities
2. Handle labor issues to ensure legal operations and minimum impact on employer image.
Other Ad Hoc responsibilities and tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree
At least 5 -7 years solid HR experience preferably in the retail/luxury industry.
HR full function exposure especially in C&B, Employee Relations, good understanding of local labor law & regulations
Mature, professional and service attitude
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Attention to details, careful and precise
Good sense of figures
Very good execution, driving for result and action-oriented
Good communication skills and coordination skills, team worker
Good communication skills in Mandarin & English
Highly proficient in MS Office functionalities esp. Excel
Knowledge of HR information systems
