Archibat HR Asia is looking for a SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER(hospitality projects focused) for a medium size rapidly expanding architecture, urban planning and interior design firm based in Shenzhen.
Responsibilities:
? Review or Complete in person space planning of all projects
? Guide and review project work and relevant drawings at design development and construction drawings stages
? Guide and review detail designs of all projects
? Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations upon needs.
? Participating in business development effort upon needs.
Requirements:
? Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Interior Design or Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Architecture WITH experience in Interior Design projects.
? Minimum of 8 years experience in the field of Interior Design
? Fluent in English at a professional level
? Proven performance at Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Detail Design stages of projects. Experience in hospitality projects will be an advantage
? Experience in project management, construction management and site supervision
? Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up
? Excellent presentation skills
? Excellent design and detailing skills
? Excellent time management ability
? Excellent people management skills
? English and Chinese bilingual ability is an advantage
