Position: 商业副总经理，重庆
Industry: 商业地产、购物中心
Location: 重庆

工作职责:
负责商业项目的整体策划 租赁 开业和运营，完成公司给予的KPI考核目标；
协助购物中心的中央租赁，参与项目或轻资产的前期评估；
参与商业管理公司制定一些标准化流程
负责商场的租赁 运营和市场部工作

岗位要求:
至少10年以上工作经历，熟悉零售地产行业
良好的英语及中文能力
丰富的团队管理经验，及沟通能力
商场物业管理，资产管理或者招商市场经验者优先

What to expect:
具有竞争力的薪资, around RMB 70K/M~~, before tax
