职位描述：
财务助理
岗位职责：
1、负责公司日常开支费用的报销；
2、现金及银行收付款的处理，银行对帐，单据审核；
3、外币收付款业务，登记外币延期付款；
4、管理银行账户、转账支票；
5、AR管理，各类发票的开具；
6、AP 管理，与供应商对账
7、相关收入、费用支出的归集，提供月报表
8、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、统计管理工作；
9、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职要求：
1、相关专业本科学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
2、有会计上岗证；
3、良好的英语口语及书写能力；
4、有良好的协调能力和时间管理能力；
 5、工作态度严谨、做事认真、原则性强，为人正直，良好的沟通协调能力

Financial Assistant & Cashier
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily cash flow and checking staff’s monthly reimbursement.
2. Manage all bank accounts, balance checking
3. Foreign currency management
4. AR administration, issue invoices including system invoice and VAT invoice
5. AP administration, check the balance with vendor
6. Monthly report & weekly report
7. File filing
8. Support the Finance Manager for other various tasks.
Qualifications & abilities
1. Bachelor degree in accounting required, 2+ years related work experience
2. Familiar with Chinese Tax Law, with Accountant certificate.
3. Good English spoken & written required.
4. Good command of Excel/Word/Outlook required, Great with details.
5. Honest, Ability to work in team, Results-driven, drive & working-intensity.
6. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
