Summary:
This role is responsible for Project Management of various deliverables. The role is will manage a development team consisting of local engineers. Taking full accountability for project planning, organizing, execution, QA and delivery. In addtion the role will coordinate project execution with Nuance R&D and PS specialists in local and global offices and drive best practices internally and with our customers while ensuring that Nuance technology is optimally integrated to deliver superior speech recognition performance and end user satisfaction
 
Responsibilities:
?Manage project with development team consisting of local engineers. Taking full accountability for project planning, organizing, execution, QA and delivery.
?Coordinate project execution with Nuance R&D and PS specialists in local and global offices.
?Drive best practices internally and with our customers while ensuring that Nuance technology is optimally integrated to deliver superior speech recognition performance and end user satisfaction
?Provide regular and accurate project baseline report and follow up with billing schedule in Nuance's Oracle system.
?Organize and lead the meetings and workshops with customer to introduce Nuance technology and solutions, and help customer understand the collaboration model in the project.
?Help account team to approach potential customers for new opportunities by hosting product/solution workshop and presenting demos.
?Establish and maintain smooth communication and a solid and productive relationship with the customer through regular reporting, meeting and follow-up
 
Qualifications:
Number of Years of Work Experience: 5
 
Required Skills:
?Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must
?Experience with embedded hardware platforms, operating systems, and software development, preferably related to the automotive electronics/infotainment industry
?C / C++ or Java Programming experience preferred
?Experience with UI/Speech/Language technology preferred
?Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
?A good track record at estimating budgets and schedules and delivering on them
?Ability and willingness to handle period peak demands
?Demonstrated leadership talent to provide direction, motivation and insights to the project team members
 
Preferred Skills: PMP certificate preferred, automotive industry background preferred

Education: Bachelor degree, M.S. in computer science, EE and related field 举报 分享
