职位描述：
有欧美外企Trainer 经验3年以上，熟练掌握具体业务培训技巧，英语流利。

工作内容：
？ Collaborate with business teams and subject matter experts across the network
？ Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the demands of the learning objectives and audience
？ Work with instructional designers to build training materials that best suit the content
？ Create engaging and valid trainee evaluation exercises that prove successful knowledge transfer
？ Contribute to additional training projects as required

任职资格：
？ Expertise developing, planning, implementing and assessing training
？ Demonstrated experience developing training materials, job aids and online tutorials
？ Excellent communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
？ Excellent one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings
？ Excellent coordination and organization skills
？ Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter
？ Knowledge of adult learning and training practices
？ At least 3 years’ experience in a training role
？ Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
？ Fluent in Chinese
