职位描述
Purpose: To provide world-class technical and customer support to customers.
Job Summary: Support and document incoming calls/web requests regarding explanations of use, compatibility issues, and general queries; Diagnose root causes of hardware and software issues. This level of support is not intended as user training. Queries are typically resolved in less than 12 minutes.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Focus
Collect required information accurately
Ask appropriate questions to identify underlying problems and restate customer inquiries to ensure accuracy
Use available resources to verify, explain and test solutions
Overcome customer objections with call control, active listening and empathy
Ensure all customer issues are addressed
2. Self Management
Accept feedback on personal performance and act on constructive criticism
Demonstrate awareness of personal behaviors and attitudes as well as the flexibility to adjust them
Disregard unpleasant previous experiences and control personal circumstances/emotions
Adopt a positive approach to change; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic work environment
Keep up to date with relevant technology and business tools
Contribute to the maintenance of a motivated environment where goals can be achieved
3. Achievement Focus
Produce desired results within determined quality standards
Comply with improvement and possible action plans
Support the justification for and apply processes involved in effective job performance
4. Analysis and Decision Making
Utilize available resources to identify root causes and resolve issues quickly
Make effective and timely decisions based on facts and alternatives available
Maintain consistency and with broader organizational goals, confidentiality requirements, and company policies
5. Communication
Establish, build and maintain relationships with colleagues
Anticipate others needs and possible reactions to interactions; treat people with respect, courtesy and honesty
Promote workplace wellness in by modeling tolerant and professional behavior
Work co-operatively with others to ensure common goals are achieved
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Knowledge on operating PC/MAC
Native level Korean skill, fluent in English(verbal and written)
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in writing In Korean. (Good English in verbally will be a plus. )
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and effectively prioritize tasks
Customer service oriented; effective at problem solving, expressing empathy and instilling customer confidence
Adhere to all information security requirements of the organization
Hours of Work:
5 days on, 2 off: in a 8x5 Environment
