职位描述
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-0-2 years HR operations/ HR Administration experience.
-Experiencein processing new hire, separation, relocation, special payments, mass uploads, and other HR related records transactions into preferably SAP or other HR systems.
-Respond to Employee queries over email.
-Responsible for aiding in meeting team targets/KRAs/metrics.
-Will spend 100% of his/her time on day-to-day production.
-Would be required to train and mentor new agents and impart refresher trainings for the team members.
-Adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining customer record for tracking and retrieval.
-Candidate will be responsible for writing detailed SOPs/work instructions based on studying and validating existing client processes during the transition analysis and knowledge capture and transfer, if required , scheduled over the next 7 months.

SKILLS REQUIRED
HR Operations -
-processing new hire, separation, relocation, special payments, mass uploads, and other HR related records transactions into preferably SAP or other HR systems.
-Prior experience of HR Administration using SAP - good to have but not mandatory Knowledge of Case
-Management Procedures, handling employee queries over phone and email.
-Should be able to create/update KB
- Good to have Creation of process maps and usage of Visio is preferable.
-Excellent knowledge of computer i.e. MS - Office and on-line tools. Knowledge of People soft Products/applications will be a plus.
-Prior experience of knowledge creation/transfer will be a plus.
-Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
-Strong interpersonal &influence management skills.
-Knowledge of Client and end user requirement.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
-Graduate in any stream.
-0-2 years experience in a service industry. Experience in HR related process would be an advantage.
-Language -Mandarin Chinese& English or Japanese
-All FTEs must be bilingual
i.e. know English as well.
-Previous experience in a BPO especially in SOP creation & process related training will be
beneficial.
-Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts.
-Must have valid passport (if applicable) and should be ready for international travel for the first 2-3 months.
-Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills as they will not only be doing back-end data entry but also interacting with Client's employees directly over phone and email and answering their
queries.
