Title:IP Sales
Location:Shenzhen or Guangzhou or Hongkong
Report Line:IP Sales Manager Asia Pacific

Responsibility:
-Finding new lead and market for achieving New sales target co‐work  with local sales rep  ? -If the new lead is not enough by local sales rep this person constantly add new sales opportunity to the pipeline with direct activity such as  cold calling or 1st appointment by him/herself  ?
-Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through  direct/indirect sales efforts to a defined territory which targets New  Clients  
-Respond to and follow up sales enquiries from local sales rep using appropriate methods and strong support for closing new sales to  local sales rep  ?
-Regular meeting with local sales rep for managing new IP opportunity  and cowork with local sales rep about these opportunity to go to  next step
-Set up annual sales plan and achieve sales target assigned by  company  ? -Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect  contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and  sales ‐ especially managing personal time and productivity.   -Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business  according to an agreed market development strategy.   ? -Make strategic sales planning cooperate with marketing team and  making good execution model  ? -Meet customer needs in market by selling IP products  ?
-Plan the best way working with local team and structurally manage  the opportunity from local sales rep 

Requirement:
 Specialized/  Technical 
-Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent experience   ? -In depth contents business (preferable in IP industry knowledge) and the ability to quickly develop an in  depth understanding of IP products and services   ? -Understanding and expertise in computer hardware and software including Windows XP, Excel, Outlook,  PowerPoint, Word, and the Internet  ?
-Understanding and experience in CRM or pipeline management system  ? Native in English and local language  Experience  ? -5~7 years of successful sales experience in contents or solution business  (preferable  in IP related fields)  ? -5~7 years of successful B2B sales experiences with proven track records  Competencies  ?   LexisNexis  Competencies  ? -Full of energy and dedication to sales career, a quick leaner and be able to work well under pressure  with enthusiastic, with positive attitude  Very much cooperative attitude ‘Can do’ mentality  ? -Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills in English   ? -Solid negotiation skills and the ability to network effectively both internally and externally  ?
-Time management/ Ability to multi‐task   ?
-Need strong decision making and problem solving skill  ?
-Need Organizational awareness and alignment  Self‐driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit  ? -May require local or overnight business travel
