职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Support line manager during annual planning process, including drafting guidelines, template, tools, coordination with BU, etc.
2. Assist BU in related planning preparation, justification, cross-checking, renew and relevant analysis, assure the company policies are strictly applied and follow-up assessment.
3. Support line manager in providing meaningful financial reports and analysis.
4. Provide monthly capacity cost report, work with business unit manager to understand the drivers causing the budget versus actual and previous period variances. Ensure compliance to preapproval/budget.
5. Work independently to book journals in ERP system, prepare vouchers include but not limited salary, pension, IIT, freight.
6. Responsible for GL monthly closing, including fixed assets, provision, trial balance, etc.
7. Ensure the accounts are consolidated according to Group and PRC accounting standards, and ensure all accounting treatments are in compliance with Group (IFRS), PRC and other local statutory accounting standards, also for PRC and other local statutory tax regulations.
8. Ensure accurate and timely, efficient and complete monthly closing process as assigned.
9. Regular review on balance sheet item, to ensure relevant accounts are at justifiable balance based on IFRS and PRC guidelines.
10. Participant in monthly/year closing and external reporting, for both group financial year closing, as well as PRC calendar year closing.
11. Provide support to some business departments.
12. Support manager to improve the reporting and planning process by standardizing the process, and exploring the automation solution.
13. Deliver specific tasks as assigned by line manager

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance/accounting/economics
2. Relevant finance/auditing technical knowledge
3. Relevant finance/accounting/FP&A/controlling working experience more than 5 years
4. Good finance and data analysis skills
5. Good command of written and spoken English

Competencies:
1. Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
2. ERP system knowledge, Oracle E1 knowledge/experience is preferred.
3. Manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks relatively easily
