职位描述：
Job responsibility:

– Coordinate with the operation departments to issue monthly invoices to clients in Chinese/English;
– Communicate with clients in Chinese/English regarding invoices matters;
– Assist departments chasing clients outstanding invoices;
– Maintain billing system and update clients information;
– Produce monthly analysis on billing and update AR aging report;
– Other work related to billing.

Job requirements:

The position requires the candidate:
– University graduate is not essential, but preferred;
– Fluency in English language both written and spoken;
– 2 years of relevant working experience in Finance
– Preference will be to have worked as billing clerk in accounting or law firms, or other service industry companies.


工作职责:

– 配合业务部门每月用中/英文向客户开具账单;
– 用中/英文与客户沟通有关账单事宜;
– 协助部门跟进客户未付账单的相关工作;
– 维护计费系统及客户信息管理;
– 每月按时对账单进行月度分析，并维护应收账款报告;
– 完成其他与应收账款相关的工作。

任职要求:

候选人需要具备以下条件:
– 大专以上学历，本科学历优先;
– 流利的英语口语及良好的书面表达能力;
– 2年以上财务相关工作经验
– 有会计、律师事务所或其他服务类企业账单管理员经历优先。 举报 分享
