职位描述：
Responsibility：
1.Hands-on support the centralized procurement function, responsible for day to day transactional work from the point a sourcing decision is reached to.
The transaction work includes:

？RFI/Q/P submission to designated suppliers, collection and consolidation of quotations

？System input

？Solicitation for approvals in and out of the system

？Standard contract drafting based on key terms and conditions

？Acquisition of supplier’s original contracts/PO and related documents

    Invoice collection

？Payment check and application submission

？Supplier performance record collection and consolidation

？Supplier qualification documentation solicitation and consolidation

？Transaction report submission
2.Ensure total compliance with organization’s procurement policy and government regulations;
3.Develop working relationships with suppliers and internal clients;
4.On time execution of sourcing, contract and payment requests.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's or equivalent work experience required;
2.1-2 year plus experience with MNC, procurement experience and knowledge strongly preferred;
3.Proven experience working in multi-cultural environments;
4.Ability to perform with minimal supervision;
5.Demonstrated ability to support internal clients and lead complex negotiations;
6.Ability to meet deadlines;
7.Computer skills related to MS office with extended knowledge and experience on Excel;
8.Able to communicate in written English;
9.Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues and demonstrate initiative, mature judgment, customer service orientation and ability to anticipate needs of the organization. 举报 分享
