岗位职责：

Assess and develop efficient sourcing channels/ tools to assist different recruitment assignments.

Maintain and develop relationship with target candidates through appropriate channels.

Conduct searching, screening, interviewing activities and recommend qualified candidates.

Provide timely and constructive feedback regarding the progress of each recruitment assignment.

Conduct relevant market research and collect market intelligence on recruitment.

Work closely with related department to obtain regular updates on newly qualified talent.

任职要求：

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / HR.A minimum

2 years of relevant experience in HR function.Able to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment.

Strong coordination skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and capable of developing and establishing candidate relationships.

Team player, energetic, creative and flexible.

Strong self-motivation,Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Well organized, result oriented, ability to meet deadlines.

Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
