JOB DESCRIPTION:

To sustain Clib Med fast growing path within Greater China, we are looking for a smart, motivated and eager to achieve sales talent for our office in Shanghai.

This role is reporting to Calling Center Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

-To build and represent Club Med's upscale, friendly and multi-culture image;
-To achieve annual/seasonal business target in volume and value that given by Contact Centre Manager. Business volume achievements subject to ISIS Reporting system;
-To understand Club Med concept, product knowledge and company culture. To understand Club Med China development strategy and prepare to contribute;
-To deliver services and support to Travel Agents, ensures sales achievement;
-To deliver services and well attend clients on the phone;
-To give proper support to partner Travel Agencies to ensure their correct awareness and understanding of Club Med packages and to optimize the distribution and sales of products;
-To master and operate necessary operation systems including N.A. system, focus on F.I.T. business;
-To be responsible to China Travel Agents as well as clients inquiry, handle and accomplish bookings by answering calls, inform and clarify product information and booking policies, make reservation in N.A. system and issue vouchers, keep track on files and respect deadlines, ensure deposit and balance payment on due time, confirm file in N.A. system with confirmation from financial department. Filing Documents;
-To ensure all accounting, discounting policies and procedures are strictly adhered to;
-To record and report on-hand bookings and forecasts to Assistant Manager of Contact Center;
-To be able to handle basic complaint and emergency cases;
-To perform ad-hoc duties from time to time.

REQUIRMENTS:

-English CET 4 or above;
-Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
-Be positive, self-motivated, and be able to handle pressure;
-Adapt to be on duty at Saturday with schedule.
