Purpose of the Job:
Under the guidelines from Sonova (Shanghai), execute the sales job in defined regions to maintain & develop customers in order to achieve sales targets in term of average gross margin, market share and credit control. 在索诺瓦(上海)指导方针下,在规定的地区内执行销售工作,保持和发展客户,达成销售目标,市场份额和客户回款控制。
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Call on current and potential customers. 拜访现有和潜在客户;
? Coordinate with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs. 协调经销商并执行年度销售计划;
? Keeps customers informed on new products or service, pricing, changes, etc. 确保客户对公司新产品/服务、价格等各类变化的及时知晓;
? Keeps records and reports on all activities. Work out weekly report, monthly report and the visit reports after the business trip. 确保各类销售活动记录准确;按时提交周报告、月度报告和出差报告;
? Product promotion in fitting shop for dealers. 为经销商提供验配店的产品促销;
? Provide basic support and direction to dealers on products and selling, including hearing aids and related equipment in debugging. 为经销商提供基本的产品和销售支持、指导,包括助听器和相关器械的调试及排除故障;
? Support our dealers to expand our sales channels in terms of joint sales calls, technical training coordination etc. 支持我们的经销商来扩大我们的销售渠道、技术培训的协调等;
? Other assignments from superior其他上级布置的工作。
Qualifications:
- College degree above大专以上学历;
- 1-3 years sales experience, sales experience in medical device industry will be preferred 1-3年销售经验,医疗器械行业销售经验者优先考虑;
- Ability to work under pressure能承受工作压力;
- Willingness to perform and result orientation坚持以结果为导向;
- Customer oriented顾客导向;
- Credibility诚信;
- Integration and contribution in team有团队合作精神;
- Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself良好的沟通能力;
- Chinese(native speaker) 普通话(标准);
- English(good basics) 英语(良好);
- Microsoft Office 熟悉办公软件操作。
