职位描述：
Analog Design Manager (or Sr. Analog Design Manager)

Location: Shanghai

 

Responsibilities

-As an expert of Analog, lead design teams to get project done and meet company’s goals;

-Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems;

-Determines design approaches and parameters;

-Analyzes equipment to establish operating data; conducts experimental tests and evaluates results;

-Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. May also review vendor capability to support product development;

-Primary experience in Analog circuit design.

 

Requirements

-MSEE or higher in Electrical Engineering; PhD preferred;

-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Analog IC Design, at least 5 years team manager experience.

-Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal);

-Excellent English in speaking, reading and writing (oversee background is a plus);

-Proven Records in Analog design;

-Strong attention to technical details;

-Highly organized and self-motivated;

-Ability to work well with teammates (locally or remotely) in a fast-paced professional environment. 举报 分享
