职位描述：
Functional Responsibilities:

?Ensure adequate staff and productive working conditions. Instruct and support the activities and control the Spares Support actions. Set priorities, solve problems and ensure timely and correct execution to conform to planning.
?Improve communication and performance of the Spares operation organization. Work with regions’ team to gather customers’ and field service teams’ requirements and ensure service meets customers’ demands.
?Oversee global spares inventory planning, including demand forecast, safety stock setting, inventory replenishment and optimization, and slow-moving materials disposition etc. Ensure the balance of service level and inventory scale.
?Work with Business management team to set the spares pricing strategy. Co-work with region sales teams, to accomplish the spares business objectives. Fulfill external customers’ orders timely and improve customers’ satisfaction;
?Handle internal spares orders, to support the spares demand of system installation & warranty period, ensure timely response and support to Field service teams and other function teams.
?Work with Supplier Quality Management team to tackle the parts quality issues and manage customers’ complaint or requirements on parts quality.
?Ensure operations are complying with regulations of Customs & Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,and regulations of Export control
?Co-work with Supply Chain Management team and associated parties, to qualify backup suppliers with competitive price for critical spare parts.
?Monitor and manage financial budget and service costs to ensure cost effective customer support operation.

Required Skills/Experience:
?Experienced in demand forecast, inventory planning, especially for spare parts of semiconductor equipment.
?Hands-on experience in field service of semi-conductor industry is a plus.
?Expert knowledge of regulations of Customs & Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Trade compliance requirements;
?Proficient with import and export trade compliance processes, policies, and controls.
?Strong interpersonal skills and have demonstrated ability to communicate at the executive level.
?Knowledge of international commerce – INCO Terms, customs regulations, and international supply chain processes
?Experienced in operations of customer service and order fulfillment.
?Familiar with SAP application
?Experienced in operating in a Global role
