Job descriptions：
The Intern for Customer Operation in Maxim Shenzhen is a challenging and dynamic role, and filled with opportunities for growth. Customer Operation is responsible for maintaining and improving the business relationship between the customer and Maxim Corporate, as well as increasing Maxim sales and revenue.
This position has high visibility within all departments at Maxim and requires working closely with the various business units, other sales channels and supply chain teams to increase revenue at the customer. The successful candidate will work closely to add value at every level of transaction and communications, and act as an advocate for the customer within the factory and at the same time represent Maxim in all business transactions.
Responsibilities：
1) Support customers with best-in-class customer service
2) Working on daily requests: Quote, Order Management and Shipment Coordination
3) Understand customers’ needs and develop strategies on how to support customers and expedite lines down situations
4) Follow Maxim Procedures and Policies
5) Other projects as assigned
Requirements：
1) All candidates must have a BS/BA degree;
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
3) Microsoft Office skills;
4) Ability to multi-task and prioritize on a daily basis;
5) Detail and goal oriented;
6) Energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude;
7) Proactive and solution oriented thinking;
