1. Learn products and venues 学习所有产品和场地知识
- Learn all products and pricing and stay up to date;
学习所有产品和价格,并保持更新
- Learn venues and sites and be able to help customer identify solutions to their needs;

- Proactively self-train on sales techniques using web-based resources and reading materials provided;
利用公司提供的网站资源和阅读材料,积极地自我培训销售技巧
- Participate in specific Sales & Marketing team meetings
参与特定的销售和市场部会议
2. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Prepare proposals, quotation and sales contracts.
按现场活动的实际工作需要和新的指导方针,跟进工作。准备计划书、报价和销售合同;
3. Support and handle corporate and organizational sales proactively
积极地支持、处理、协调、组织销售;
4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

5. Update bookings in on-line calendars and ensure accuracy and consistency

7. Partner with tour operators with a focus on sales to them for FIT customers.
与旅行社合作,着重向适合的客户群体进行销售;
- Develop, manage, and prioritize target list

- Obtain market info (business volume, competitors, etc.)

- Visit the target hotels on a rota and make brief presentations and leave venue business cards for distribution

- Obtain market info

- Work with supervisor to create and implement strategy to incentivize concierges to recommend Schoolhouse venues to their guests

9. During peak times work in Mutianyu to assist in guest relations and to provide corporate function service on site.
