职位描述：
德语游戏运营

岗位职责：
1、游戏本地化翻译和校对，更新内容并进行系统归纳，保证游戏质量；
2、负责官方社区游戏页面运营管理，发新帖，树立核心玩家，增进玩家关系，提高玩家活跃度；
3、处理玩家问题，维护GM群和玩家反馈，包括问题回复、问题解决跟进、建议汇总等；
4、结合游戏特色，配合运营+市场活动，协助游戏进行线上活动和推广，提高收入和玩家活跃，对线上/线下活动进行日常维护及监控；


任职要求：
1、优秀的德语听说读写能力；
2、熟悉互联网、社交网络，如Facebook等网络媒体传播规律，热爱在线沟通和分享；
3、良好的语言以及文字表达能力，良好的沟通和协调能力；
4、工作认真仔细，态度积极，责任心强；
5、喜欢在线游戏，喜欢学习新事物，有游戏客服经验优先；
6、熟悉游戏类、社区类网站中的常用名词、专业术语和规范；
7、德语为母语的外籍人士优先考虑，可解决工作签证，或在德国工作/学习经验者优先考虑；
8、能力出众者可适当放宽条件。

1．Game localization translation and proofread, game update management and reorganization, game quality guarantee.
2．Maintain and operate the game community ,including write the posts ,cultivate the hardcore players, improve the player relationship, and keep the players active.
3．Handle the tickets and maintain the PGM community, including Q&A, ticket follow-up, collect suggestions.
4．Assist with the launch of game events ,and maintain and monitor the events on a daily basis, in order to increase KPI and game popularity.

Job Requirements:

Functional skills in German with the excellent abilities in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
2.Familiar with the internet and social platforms, including Facebook, understand the internet media, and the fan of SNS applications;
3.Good ability in oral and word communications and coordination;
4.The strong attention to details and the high sense of responsibility.
5.The experienced gamers, the passion to learn the new knowledge, the experiences with the GM preferred.
6.Familiar with the common terms and rules of the game and SNS fields;
7.Native German speaking foreigners are preferred. The applicants who have worked or studied in these regions are also welcomed. Work visa issue can be addressed.
