Currently My-BioMed is on the lookout for an experienced Director of Laboratory to set up the quality management system. He/she will manage the full cycle of different medical laboratory tests and procedures. The client is highly interested in medical laboratory experts with solid knowledge and skills in medical testing laboratory certification process. Outstanding candidates will be provided with the excellent overview of best practices across the industry and many opportunities of overseas training.

目前跃科人才正在帮助客户公司招募一名资深的医学检测实验室主任，全面领导实验室的业务工作，负责组织制定和实施本实验室质量方针和目标，批准质量手册、程序文件和作业指导书及表格。梅傲生物将为优质的候选人提供良好的职位发展平台以及海外培训机会。

职位职责 (Responsibilities of Laboratory Director)
？ 组织建立实施质量管理体系，制定、实施并监控本实验室的服务和质量改进标准。
？ 组织制定本实验室的工作计划和发展规划并实施。
？ 规划并指导本实验室的科学研究、技术开发和教学活动。
？ 明确本实验室的组织和管理结构，调整各部门负责人，批准人员的调配、考核和奖惩。
？ 建立规范的实验室环境, 负责设施和环境/设备的合理配置和有效管理。
？ 全面管理生物安全，监控实验室内的全部工作，审批质控计划以保证检验结果的可靠。

任职条件 (Candidate Profiles)
？ 医学检测或相关专业大学以上学历。
？ 有医学检测实验室管理经验。
？ 熟悉中国医学检测实验室资质认证过程及法规。
？ 拥有医疗机构资格证，如CNAS和ISO15189体系。
？ 熟悉美国CAP，CLIA认证过程的候选人尤佳。
