主要工作职责/Key Responsibilities

1. Be familiar with all medical services provided by every clinic; understand the clinical work flows and policies; collect quality data and assist leadership team completing quality improvement projects; gradually buildup Parkway quality system and complete the SOPs update;
深入各个诊所，了解临床工作，收集和分析各项医疗指标，为医疗质量委员会收集质量数据，供领导层参考；并协助团队逐步搭建百汇质量体系完成各项SOP的更新；
2. Keep professional relationship with local Health Bureau; coordinate with municipal and district level health inspection (assist clinic managers with preparation, improvement program according to inspection results, implementation and evaluation); Assist the compliance of polices and regulations;
与各区卫生部门维持良好关系，配合市区级各类质量检查（协助各诊所检查前的准备、检查结果的改进方案、措施落实、结果评价）；配合市区级政策法规落实；
3. Assist to coordinate MAB meeting, minutes and follow up the continuous improvement projects. Supervise the operation of physician management system and collect the data of physician performance; supervise the implementation of physician credentialing and privilege system;
协助主管MAB 会议的开展，纪要和跟进；监督医师管理系统运营，收集医师绩效数字；监督医师评审、分级授权制度的实施；
4. Complete the Medical Affair related work and other tasks assigned by superiors.
配合机构完成医务医政相关工作，并完成上级领带安排的其他工作任务。

主要资格、教育背景和经验/Qualifications
(Education /training, experience, skills, license and competencies)

1. Medicine, nursing or related major; Master of Public Health is preferred;
临床医学或护理或相关专业，公共卫生硕士专业优先；
2. Working experience in Medical Affair field or foreign-capital health organization is preferred;
有外资医院管理或医务科工作经验者优先；
3. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese; Proficiency in MS office; 良好的中英文沟通交流能力技巧、熟练使用电脑常用办公软件技能；
4. Hardworking, team-work;
