焊装车间高级经理的主要职责如下:
The main responsibilities of the Body Shop Manager:
安全方面:意外事故预防,理想化的下降,职业卫生服务管理和员工基本福利管理。推动员工自我改进的思路。
Safety: Accident prevention, near miss reduction, occupational health visit control and general employee welfare. Develop employee satisfaction improvement ideas.
质量方面:焊装车身审核质量、焊接完整性、车身尺寸工程
Quality: Body Audit Quality, Welding Integrity, Body Dimensional Performance
成本方面:达到焊装车间预算目标。在最低成本的理念下促进最高质量,鼓励和支持关键角色和持续成本控制理念。
Costs: Achieve Body Shop bu
dget targets. Drive a Highest Quality at Lowest cost mindset. Nurture and support Window roles and continual cost saving idea generation.
交付方面:按时达到工厂产量要求,推动发展预防性维修的工作理念,交付并拓展生产绩效评价目标。
Delivery: Achieve plant volume requirements on time. Drive a Total Preventative Maintenance culture. Deliver and stretch Operating Performance Ratings Targets.
人员方面:达到工厂人员出勤目标,与冲压车间一起推行关键岗位的关键技能培训;培养并指导自己的管理团队;弱化自身领导意志,持续提升下属能力;形成“员工是最珍贵的资产”的工作文化
People: Achieve Plant attendance targets. Implement a Training strategy the delivers key skills for keys roles with in the Press Shop. Be a Coach and Mentor to your Management team; develop your direct reports by casting a positive Leadership Shadow at all times. Nurture a culture of "People are Our most Valuable Asset".
环境方面:确保焊装车间的所有环境相关指标满足要求。完成所有外委审核目标。推动环保化的生产,控制废弃物,对废料进行再循环利用。
Environment: Ensure all Body Shop Environment targets are met. Achieve all required external audit accreditation targets. Drive a green approach to Manufacturing. Implement waste control plans. Implement a recycle programme for waste materials.
