Position Purpose
To lead the sales team to build up solid sales channel to develop the market potential, defend and improve the market share, provide good customer service and monitor project implementation.

Major Responsibilities
1) Achieve the sales targets
2) Develop and manage the sales channels
3) Manage and coach the sales teams
4) Control operating expenses
5) Organize promotion of brand and products to target groups to improve brand awareness
6) Sustain sufficient order book amount for sales growth
7) Generate sufficient project leads and improve project hit rates
8) Provide market information to management
9) Execute other jobs as assigned by management

Financial - Sales turnover, EBIT, AR, Ext Working Capital
Geographic coverage – whole China
Team – total 36

Interface
Internal:
Finance, HR & Admin, Product Management & Marketing, Product Engineering, QA & Customer Service of Guangzhou Factory
External:
Distributors, Developers, Consultants, Architects, Designer & Design institutes, Relevant government departments

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales or business English

Experience:
At least 8 years sales & marketing experience with FMCG（Water/beverage）brand in FMCG packaging industry, which 3 years in managerial level

Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):
Inter-personal, Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, Customer service, Financial management and People management skills

Personal Attributes:
High integrity & ethical standard, business minded, able to work under pressure, aggressive, with drive to win and gain market share 举报 分享
