职位描述：
Ensures the maintaining and development of the local Quality Management according to ISO 9001 and-where necessary-other regulations/codes in the site Yangquan under consideration of all respective laws, regulations, standards and a state-of-the-art technology. Fosters the culture, awareness, involvement and competency in the organization for continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency. Leads the local Quality Management / Assurance. Provides methodological support to other functions in QM and QA techniques.
Key Accountabilities
? Managing the local Quality Management/Assurance
? Coordinating and optimizing the testing work steps in Incoming Inspection, during Production and in Final Inspection regarding product quality, testing results and testing efforts
? Managing of and deciding on Non-Conforming materials and products in close cooperation with the Production Managers
? Organizing, structuring and analyzing material and product related data from the ongoing production to reduce quality problems
? Reporting quality related topics monthly to the Site Management and to the Country/Global Quality Management
? Is accountable for customer and supplier complaints regarding quality, packaging and transport issues by coordinating all actions related to the complaint until closing
? Aligning testing/quality activities and their execution with customers and suppliers; preparing and aligning Quality Assurance and Quality Management Agreements with customers and suppliers
? Being announced as Quality Management Representative for the site Yangquan; fostering and enhancing the local Quality Management in close collaboration with the Country/Global Quality Management of BU GMS
? Disciplinary reporting to the Site Manager; functionally reporting to Country/Global Quality Management
? Coordinating, executing and analyzing internal and external System and Process Audits as well as Supplier and Customer Audits; following-up audit measures and verifying the effectiveness
? Executing and following-up approvals of new suppliers (Supplier Capability Analysis) together with Purchasing, etc.
? Supporting process efficiency improvements; providing trainings in Quality Management and Quality Assurance as well as improvement methodologies
? Responsible for the administration of all local Controlled Documents in close cooperation to the Document Owner.
? Develop and maintain all necessary procedures relevant to national regulatory requirements for delivery of pressure vessels. This includes,but is not limited to, any other relevant certifications.
? Responsible for staff recruitment, training and development within in the area of responsibility.
? Interact and coordinate with all departments in Yangquan as well as Country/Global Quality Department.
Skills:
? Bachelor Degree/Technician with respective additional qualification in Quality Management and Quality Assurance
? Optional qualification "Quality Engineer/Manager"(EOQ/ASQ)

? Optional qualification "Certified external Quality Auditor"
? Optional Certified "Green Belt"
? Strong managerial,people and communication skill
? Proficient in English language
Experiences:
? Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance; experiences with ISO 9001 and other codes
? Quality and Testing Methods, MSA
? Minimum 5 years experience in process industry
? Knowledge and experience with graphite and machined parts
? Optional: Experiences in Six Sigma, Lean Management, etc.
