Objective:
DV Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive and detailed support in the execution of marketing plans. This would involve assisting in managing the development, coordination, and implementation of merchandising, marketing plans, strategies, promotions, and programs for the assigned DV channel. Has initial budgeting and financial responsibility. The DV Manager has secondary or primary responsibility the development, profitability, growth and maintenance of all aspects of product portfolio for specified DV channel, and works across all functional lines to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:
1. Improve DV market implementation and communications within East sales and marketing organization.
2. Assist marketing team in merchandising for channel customers that drives sales. Work with sales, advertising/communications, channel merchandising, and outside vendors to develop and distribute merchandising.
3. Analyze point of sale reports to help management understand the success of merchandising and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Provide budget analysis for the assigned channel and help implement annual and long-term marketing programs.
5. Develop strategies and support programs to increase penetration of faucets and showers products to include pricing, marketing programs, and communication pieces.
6. Monitor competitor promotions for each product group. Apprise product management of competitor activities and changes in the marketplace.
7. Provide guidance and assistance to sales associates relative to their contact with retailers, distributors, or interior designers, to promote Grohe products in order to meet objectives.
8. Maintain continuous contact with customers, sales, trade groups, and all other internal and external sources which can contribute to the development of new product ideas to satisfy consumer needs, are marketable, and provide for revenue growth and increased profit.

Reqiurements
Education & Training
1. College degree and above;
2. Formal training in retail sals principles and pratices;
Experiences
1. More than 2 years experiences as manager in a leading edge, brand retail organization.
2. Marketing experience is perfered.
3. Commercial savvy, astute in negotiations.
4. Capable of understanding national sales and marketing strategies and applying to daily work to complete the sales target
5. Good time management skills.
6. Highly results oriented, interity and work ethics.
