职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责办公室日常行政用品及公用设备/设施的购置、发放及维护管理；
2、 负责行政费用的控制、申请及付款流程办理；
3、 协助总部财务完成小额现金出纳及报税相关工作
4、 负责完成领导交办的其他工作项目。
 
任职资格
1、 大专以上学历，财务、行政管理相关专业；
2、 三年以上行政相关工作经验，具有出纳工作经历优先；
3、 性格开朗，做事细心，有良好的沟通能力及服务意识；
4、 熟悉MS Office基本软件操作。 举报 分享
