Responsibilities
1. Define, distinguish and screen key accounts in China; keep in touch with them and periodically update their information;
2. Increase key accounts’ coverage in the projects;
3. At the preliminary stage of the project, prepare and determine the project’s specifications and resposible for signing the sales contract;
4. Guide target customers to choose our company’s products and assist customers to choose the product’s stereotype; assist the follow-up projects;
5. Maximize products’ specifications in the bids to increase the success rate of customers choosing product’ types ;assist sales personnel to win the project subject;
6. In the target market, sign strategic cooperation agreements or contracts with key accounts to enhance the project-signing rate;
7. Optimize and integrate the process of projects’ channels to ensure project runs smoothly
8. Cooperate with colleagues in other regions;share and intergrate the information to promote the sales.
Requirements
Education:
1. May have degree, capable of working in a moderately complex selling environment (multi channel, multi product, complex products etc).
2. May be less educated but with more experience.
Experience:
1. Background in related field; stable account-contacting channels;
2. Excellent negotiating skills;
3. Experience.in project management;
4. Have work initiative and the ability to work independently to ensure the successful operation of the project;
5. Excellent team spirit.
