A leading International Project Management consultancy with a Worldwide presence are seeking talented staff due to rapid expansion in the South China region.

Our client, a UK Head Quartered Organisation, are a leading PM consultancy with a Worldwide presence, they are seeking the following candidates who have proven project delivery experience to work on a High End Office Fit Out projects and R & D Centres - High Tech who can also assist in growing the business.

Our client are a highly respected global leader in construction management consulting; in particular they are a renowned services provider in quantity surveying and project management.

Requirements can be found below:-

E & M Project Manager – Shenzhen – R & D Centre (High Tech)

· PRC national/eligible to work in China

· Good English (Written and Verbal) with Mandarin as first language

· E & M experience

· High End Office Fit Out experience

· Experience in managing people and project delivery

· Willingness to be stationed in Shenzhen

Job Description:

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Ensure resource availability and allocation

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

· Report and escalate to management as needed

· Manage the relationship with the client

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirement:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin


• Project experience in Shenzhen or anywhere in mainland China would be a plus


• Hands on project management experience in Commercial or Banking Fit Out. Auto retail will be a plus but not a must
