Reporting
1. Responsible for business analysis and sales reports.
2. Provide & consolidate the weekly & monthly reports
Store administrations
1. Coordinate with the store directors for the store opening preparation
2. Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, transfers, stationeries and all policies and procedures are followed
3. Other retail related tasks
4. Organize the weekly & monthly retail meeting
5. Collect and check payment application form and manage store controllable expenses according to budget.
6. Managing petty cash for the retail team
Retail Activities
1. Corporate with communication team to coordinate in store activities
2. Consolidate each store/Shopping mall to mapping promotion plan
3. Provide each store promotion & incentive proposal
