Mission
We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our company with the mission of supporting the office operation in Kering eyewear China in order to improve the internal efficiency of the office management and external vendor management, which you are able to have the head to toe knowledge about Kering eyewear.
In a fast-paced, start-up environment, the candidate will work in conjunction with different departments here in China and Kering group, playing an active role into office management and external vendor management.
Report to: head of China
Key Responsibilities
Work with internal group cooperate and external vendor to manage office administration and build up companywide administration policy and procedure
Assist in preparation and coordination of company activities, e.g. sales events, annual dinner, team building, etc.
Work with internal key functions and cooperate indirect procurement team to do the vendor management, including souring, bidding, and leading vendor evaluation process and create vendor pool
Data driven vendor performance management
Management of the onboarding process for new vendor partners
Execution of vendor consolidation strategies
Other ad hoc tasks when as required by boss
Ideal Candidate
？ Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience with the office management and with vendor management would be a plus
？ Bachelor’s degree required
？ Personality: Detail oriented/Knows how to prioritize tasks/Good communication skills
？ Languages skills: Fluent in English and Chinese
？ IT skills: Full working proficiency for Excel/ SAP user experience (preferred)
