Major Tasks include, but not limited to/主要工作职责如下：
? Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team.
执行销售政策、程序和系统，以确保符合公司政策，并为销售团队提供工作指导。
? Create and maintain good relationship with customers.
与客户建立并保持良好的关系。
? According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget in the specific business area of the specific region. After review and approve by the management, carry out the qualitative and quantitative tasks in respect of policies and the authority assigned.
根据销售目标制定具体业务内的 销售策略和销售预算。在管理部门审核批准后，对相关工作进行定性或定量相关分析与执行。
? Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
在每月的基础上监督应收账款余额；跟进客户余额，确保按客户付款，以帮助管理现金流和减少潜在的坏账
? Maintain good relationship with dealers, design institute, consulting firms, and authorities.
与经销商，设计院，咨询机构和相关部门保持良好的关系。
Qualification and Experience//相关经验要求：
? Diploma or degree holder in mechanical or mechanic field/机械或机械相关领域大学文凭。
? Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English/中英文口语及书写流畅。
? Other languages or dialects will be an advantage/其他小语种优先。
? Minimum 3 years sales experience in the field of pumps or HVAC products/至少3年以上泵或暖通空调产品的销售经验
