IT Workplace
Tasks Description
- Accountable for reliable operation of all voice & multimedia systems in China ((include Cisco devices, Lync room, IPT), handle service tickets, ensure high quality set up of voice & multimedia systems by strictly following relevant global standards
- provide consultancy for special requests raised by business such as town hall, external customer event, manage complaint, etc.
- Supervise service vendor performance, monitor SLA & cost development
- Responsible for sustainable asset investment by close monitoring life cycle of all voice & multimedia systems & co-working with procurement & global counterpart on model selection, vendor bidding, etc.
- Build up & maintain knowhow pool(SOP, WI, etc.), train relevant teams (service desk, on site support, etc.)
- Manage the cloud service in China and align with global Cloud guideline.
- Implement and ensure the Cloud security policy & package with global concept
- Keep close communication & cooperation with global cloud team by operation and projects delivery on timely manner
Requirements Description
- University Degree
- >5 years working experience in IT infrastructure & workplace, especially voice & multimedia service and Cloud
- >3 Project management experience?IT knowledge and professional IT infrastructure & workplace experience at least 5 years
- Initiative to act on his own and to work under pressure
- Solid Communication Skills (Presentation, Interpersonal Relationship Building) in both EN&CN
- Good team player with strong execution & delivery skill
- Willing to travel in china frequently
- Passion to learn new things and can adapt to change quickly
